You can return most items in new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of us sending your package. In many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. This time frame includes the shipping time it takes for the package to reach us (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Shipping
We ship our items virtually to destinations all over the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your shipping provider, shipping date information may be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that shipping costs for many of our items are based on weight. The weight of each item can be viewed on the product detail page. To comply with the policies of the shipping carriers we use, weights are always rounded up to the nearest pound.
